At Dilan Jewels, we do not offer returns. We only offer exchanges under the conditions mentioned below.

Before requesting an exchange, please take a moment to understand how our products are made. Every Dilan Jewels piece is handcrafted by skilled artisans, making each creation unique. As a result, slight variations in stones, colour tones, finishing, or detailing may occur and are a natural characteristic of handcrafted jewellery rather than a defect.

We take great pride in our craftsmanship, and every product undergoes a thorough quality check before being carefully packed and shipped to you.

📹 Unboxing Video Is Mandatory

To ensure a smooth resolution process, a continuous unboxing video is mandatory for any claim related to:

  • Missing products
  • Damaged products
  • Incorrect products received
  • Tampered packages

🚫 Claims will not be accepted without a continuous unboxing video recorded from before opening the parcel until the product is fully visible.

🏷️ The shipping label / AWB number must be clearly visible in the video.

✨ Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges only under the following conditions:

  • ✅ Product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • ✅ Original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
  • ✅ Exchange request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
  • ✅ The parcel must be shipped back within 2 days of delivery and tracking details must be shared with our team.

🔍 All returned products undergo a Quality Check upon receipt.

📝 Once approved, a Credit Note valid for 90 days will be issued.

🚫 Exchange Will Not Be Accepted For

  • Used or worn products
  • Products returned without original tags
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Altered or customized products
  • Nose pins
  • Sale or discounted products
  • Products delivered outside India
  • Products failing Quality Check
  • Claims raised without an unboxing video

Important Notes

  • 🔸 Credit Note purchases are not eligible for exchange.
  • 🔸 Products exchanged once cannot be exchanged again.
  • 🔸 Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • 🔸 Return shipping charges must be borne by the customer unless the wrong product was shipped by Dilan Jewels.
  • 🔸 Minor variations in colour, stone placement, finish, or design are natural characteristics of handcrafted jewellery and are not considered defects.
  • 🔸 Dilan Jewels reserves the right to approve or reject any exchange request after quality inspection.
