π« Claims for missing, damaged, incorrect, or tampered products will only be accepted with a continuous unboxing video starting before opening the parcel.
π·οΈ The parcel label/ AWB number must be clearly visible in the unboxing video.
β¨ EXCHANGE POLICY
β Exchange is accepted only for unused products with original tags intact.
β Used, worn, damaged, altered products or items without tags will not qualify for exchange.
π Exchange requests must be raised on the same day of delivery.
π¦ The parcel must be dispatched within 2 days of delivery and tracking details to be shared with us.
π Products will undergo a Quality Check upon receipt.
π Only after approval, a Credit Note (valid for 90 days) will be issued.
