Each jewellery piece undergoes multiple quality checks by our team before dispatch. It is then packed securely to ensure maximum protection during transit, so your order reaches you safely and beautifully presented.

Shipping Charges – India

Prepaid Orders

  • Free shipping across India on all prepaid orders.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available only within India.
  • A flat COD handling charge of ₹150 is applicable per order.
  • Cash on Delivery is not available for orders valued above ₹25,000.

Delivery Timeline within India

  • Orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination within India.

International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide.

  • International shipping is charged at a flat rate of ₹2,499 for parcels weighing up to 500 grams.
  • Shipping charges for parcels exceeding 500 grams may vary depending on the destination and shipment weight.
  • Cash on Delivery is not available for international orders.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. Any import duties, customs charges, taxes, or local levies imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country and must be paid before delivery, wherever applicable.

  • Orders are generally delivered within 7–14 business days after dispatch. Delivery timelines may vary depending on customs clearance, local courier services, and the destination country.
