Product Availability

Occasionally, due to simultaneous purchases through our website, Instagram, WhatsApp, exhibitions or our studio, an item may become unavailable after an order has been placed.

Pricing

Shipping & Delivery

At Dilan Jewels, we strive to deliver your jewellery safely and within the estimated timeline communicated at the time of purchase. Delivery timelines displayed on our Website are approximate and may vary depending on product availability, customization requirements, destination, courier service, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

While we make every effort to dispatch orders promptly, Dilan Jewels shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Government restrictions

  • Strikes or labour disruptions

Once an order has been dispatched, customers will receive tracking details through email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable). Delivery timelines begin from the date of dispatch and not from the date of order placement.

Shipping Address

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping details while placing an order. In the event of:

  • Incorrect shipping address
  • Incorrect pin code
  • Incorrect mobile number
  • Refused delivery
  • Non-availability of recipient

additional shipping or re-delivery charges may be applicable. If an order is returned to Dilan Jewels due to incorrect information provided by the customer, any additional shipping charges for re-dispatch shall be borne by the customer.

Delivery Confirmation

Orders shall be deemed successfully delivered when:

  • Delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer, or
  • Accepted by any person present at the delivery address.

Dilan Jewels shall not be responsible for packages accepted by family members, reception staff, security personnel, neighbours or any individual present at the delivery location.

International Orders

Order Cancellation

A) Ready-to-Ship Products

Orders for ready-to-ship products may only be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

B) Customised & Made-to-Order Jewellery

Customised, personalised and made-to-order products are specially crafted for individual customers. Accordingly:

  • Production begins shortly after order confirmation.
  • Such orders cannot be cancelled once manufacturing has commenced.
  • Advance payments made towards customised orders are non-refundable.

Any exceptions shall remain solely at the discretion of Dilan Jewels.

Changes to Orders

If you wish to modify your order after placing it, please contact our Customer Care Team immediately. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate modification requests, changes cannot be guaranteed once:

  • the order has entered processing,
  • manufacturing has commenced,
  • or dispatch has been initiated.

Requests for changes in product, colour, quantity, shipping address or delivery instructions shall be subject to approval.

Pricing Errors

While every effort is made to ensure accurate pricing, occasional typographical, technical or human errors may occur. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to system errors, technical glitches, website malfunction, pricing updates, or administrative mistakes, Dilan Jewels reserves the right to cancel the order, refuse the order, or revise the pricing after informing the customer. If payment has already been received for such an order, the full amount paid shall be refunded using the original payment method.

Failure to follow these care instructions may affect the plating, finish, or overall appearance of the jewellery.

Lifetime Stone Guarantee

We proudly offer a Lifetime Stone Guarantee on all Dilan Jewels products. If any stone falls out due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace it free of charge. This guarantee does not cover:

Plating

The longevity of gold, rhodium or silver plating depends on various factors including frequency of use, skin chemistry, exposure to moisture and chemicals, and storage conditions. As these factors vary from person to person, plating is not covered under warranty.
