To ensure a smooth resolution process, a continuous unboxing video is mandatory for any claim related to:

🚫 Claims will not be accepted without a continuous unboxing video recorded from before opening the parcel until the product is fully visible.

We accept exchanges only under the following conditions:
- ✅ Product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- ✅ Original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
- ✅ Exchange request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
- ✅ The parcel must be shipped back within 2 days of delivery and tracking details must be shared with our team.

📝 Once approved, a Credit Note valid for 90 days will be issued.
