⚫ If you are not satisfied with your purchase or have received a defective product, kindly let us know within 2 days of receipt of the same.
⚫ Kindly send the unused product back within 2 days of receipt & share tracking details with us.
⚫ Once we receive the product back, we shall perform the quality check & there upon issue you an exchange for the same product. If the same product is unavailable, we shall issue you a credit note for the same amount valid for 3 months from date of issue.
⚫ CUSTOMIZED 925 SILVER PRODUCTS, RAKHIS & PRODUCTS PURCHASED AGAINST CREDIT NOTE ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE.
